Excellent opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Aromas of stewed plum, liquorice allsorts and confectionary – quite subdued. The palate displays impressive weight with generous flavours of ripe blackberry, plum, dark chocolate and mocha with spice on the back palate. Fine grained firmish tannins but in balance. Aftertaste of ripe plum, dark chocolate and spice.
