The Bryson family have been involved in
South Australian agriculture for 150 years, but it was only in the early 1990’s that
they established their vineyard on the Limestone Coast. Opaque black crimson
colour with black crimson hue. Perfumed nose of liquorice, blackberry, vanilla and
spice. The palate has impressive weight, with flavours of chocolate and vanilla over
a liquorice and spice back palate. Fine slightly chalky tannins. Very long aftertaste
of spice, liquorice, blackberry and vanilla.
