A tight, Chablis-like Chardonnay. Bright straw colour with green tinge and water like hue. Top note of melon, followed by a hint of fig and cashew. The palate is on the tight side – much more restrained than many of Australia’s Chardonnays. There is a sense of elegance, followed by citrus flavour over a light cashew background. Clean finish.
