Deep crimson mauve purple colour with mauve purple hue. Top note of cherry followed by strawberry and spice, showing good varietal character. On the palate cherry and spice flavours are evident followed by a hint of liquorice. The wine will evolve over the next few years and soften the dryish tannins. Aftertaste of cherry and spice.
