Tasting note: [20ml sample] Brilliant gold. Shimmers in the glass. Lovely lifted pear nectar and beeswax aromas with a touch of white pepper. Second pass finds waxy green apple, vanilla cream, fruit pastries. Firm and fresh on entry, the mid palate builds with chewy barley, juicy pear and light honey. Ends warming, mildly oily, textural, medium long. Teaninich to the max! 51.7% Alc./Vol.
