Bright pale straw colour with green tinge and water like hue, showing good barrel ferment character. Top note of yeast lees, followed by hazelnut, honeycomb and melon. The palate displays flavours of citrus, yeast lees, roast almonds and hazelnut. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of roast almonds and hazelnut.
