Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top notes of lime and spice followed by a hint of mandarin and tropical fruit. The palate structure is quite tight delivering a real sense of austerity with very precise acid backbone. Lemon flavours drive the palate over a lime background. Very crisp acid finish. Long lemon and lime aftertaste.
