Bright gold colour with straw hue, showing development. Top note of butterscotch, yeast lees, melon, cantaloupe and spice. On the palate, flavours of tropical fruit, melon and cantaloupe are evident. The fruit is starting to dry out – some yeast lees are evident. Aftertaste of biscuit, hazelnut and tropical fruit.
