Medium body crimson mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. The colour is most impressive. Perfumed top note of black cherry, spice and ripe strawberry followed by a hint of game and violet. The palate does not disappoint, this is a classy Pinot. Excellent weight, with flavours of black cherry, spice and black pepper. The palate has a moderate power wave and delivers plenty of length and generous mouthfeel, with velvet tannins. Very long aftertaste of spice, liquorice and black cherry.
