A superb, refined Shiraz made from old vines planted last century
The Eden
Valley Old Vines Shiraz has been made in tiny quantities. Very deep almost opaque black crimson colour with
deep crimson hue. The nose is superb – a wonderful sniff. Perfumed notes of violet and spice followed by ripe
blackberry and ripe dark cherry. The palate displays flavours of ripe dark cherry with a hint of ripe blackberry and
violet infusions on the back palate. Very long aftertaste of confectionary, dark cherry and vanilla.
