An impressive Pinot. Semi translucent, crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. The wine has been matured for 11 months in French oak, adding complexity to the structure. The nose displays strong varietal characteristics, with spicy strawberry jam top note, followed by dark cherry. The palate weight is generous with a moderate power wave. Flavours of dark cherry, spice and anise emerge. Velvet tannin structure. Very long aftertaste of cherry and spice.
