2006 Fonty's Pool Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Bright pale straw colour with green tinge and water like hue. Graves inspired nose, with confectionary and gooseberry top notes, followed by grassy and tropical fruit end notes. On the palate grassy, unripe gooseberry flavours are evident followed by a lemon background. Crisp acid structure. Aftertaste of unripe gooseberry and lemon.
