Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose is sophisticated delivering a complex sniff of biscuit, melon and fig. Creamy texture. Flavours of biscuit, yeast lees and cashew over a light hazelnut background. Soft acid finish. On the back palate and aftertaste, sour tropical fruit characters emerge.
