Very deep black crimson colour with black crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Top note of spice, followed by liquorice allsorts, blackberry and just a touch of truffle. The palate flavours are quite dry with spice, plum and black pepper. Fine dry chalky tannins. Aftertaste of stewed plum and spice.
