A delightful fresh Riesling, inspired by German Kabinett wines. The fruit has been early picked from Delatite’s Contour and Old Block vineyards.
Brilliant pale straw colour with water like hue. Lifted top note of talc, lime and orange. The palate displays controlled residual sweetness, with flavours of ripe mandarin and lime evident. Soft acid finish. Long aftertaste of ripe mandarin.
