Bright straw colour with delicate green tinge and water like hue. The nose is showing some developed characteristics with a top note of honeycomb followed by spice, melon and a touch of lees. On the palate flavours of spice, yeast lees, lemon and grapefruit. The acidity is very fresh. Aftertaste of lemon, light tropical fruit and grapefruit.
