Bright pale gold colour with straw hue. Aroma of biscuit and yeast lees followed by butterscotch, cashew and hazelnut. Creamy palate texture. There is a hint of lemon over butterscotch, lees and cashew on the palate. Clean finish. Aftertaste of spice, butterscotch and yeast lees.
