An austere style of Chardonnay, almost Chablis like in its flavour profile. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of cashew, followed by biscuit, light hazelnut and yeast lees. The palate flavours are light and remain tight, contributing to the sense of austerity. Some citrus flavours emerge. Crisp acid finish. Light citrus aftertaste.
