Opaque black purple colour with purple mauve hue. Aromas of cassis, blackcurrant, dark chocolate and cedar. Full bodied displaying fully ripened Cabernet flavours of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, plum and confectionary with some cedar end notes. A very ripe, rich example of Coonawarra Cabernet. Fine grained dryish tannin structure but in balance. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate and cedar.
