Deep dark red mauve colour with brick red mauve hue. The nose displays aromas of liquorice allsorts, dark plums and confectionary. Medium weight, the palate is beginning to show signs of drying out with flavours of stewed plum, liquorice allsorts and spice followed by some emerging leather characters. Fine grained soft tannins with aftertaste of stewed plum, spice and leather.
