2006 Bellarmine Dry Riesling

This wine displays a sense of austerity with its relatively high acid backbone. Bright pale straw colour with green hue. Delicate floral top note with aroma of lime, tropical fruit and lemon emerging. The palate is light, with citrus flavours being dominant. Relatively high acid levels in relation to fruit. Citrus aftertaste.
