mauve hue. Medium body.
Excellent lifted nose with top
note of cassis, followed by
blackcurrant, spice and violets,
with mulberry end note. The palate displays excellent length, with
flavours of mulberry, spice, black pepper and cassis with hints of
dark chocolate on the back palate. Fine grained tannins, excellent
balance. Very long aftertaste of cassis, black pepper and spice.
