2006 Angas Plains Estate PJ's Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine saw 14 months maturation in French oak. Dense opaque black dark red colour with deep black dark red hue. Perfumed aromas of dark plum, chocolate and ripe blackcurrant followed by a confectionary end note. Opulently textured with full bodied ripe palate flavours at the darker end of the flavour spectrum. Dark plum, chocolate, liquorice allsorts and confectionary flavours with super fine supple tannins. Aftertaste of very ripe blackcurrant, dark plum and chocolate bullets.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
