The colour is a touch advanced for a 2005 Shiraz. Opaque brick red colour with brick red hue. Developed nose of leather and prune followed by a hint of cedar. The palate is also showing some developed characteristics of old leather, plum and hints of liquorice. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of leather, earth and spice.
