Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Cashew top note, followed by biscuit and yeast lees. The nose is quite subtle, showing subdued barrel ferment character. Moderate palate length. Light hazelnut flavour is followed by a hint of lees and biscuit. Clean, spicy, biscuit aftertaste.
