An excellent example of Coonawarra Shiraz. Opaque black crimson colour with deep black mauve hue. Violet, blackberry top note followed by vanilla and plum spice and liquorice allsorts. The palate is restrained but delivers layers of dark chocolate, mocha and spice. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of black pepper and dark chocolate.
