with pale straw hue and delicate green tinge. Top
note of biscuit and yeast lees followed by cashew and
light chestnut, with smokey lees finish. The palate is
quite spicy with biscuit and light toast flavours. Excellent
length and balance. Aftertaste of toasted oak and lees.
