Brilliant gold colour with straw hue. Top note of honeycomb and hazelnut, followed by yeast lees, cashew and biscuit, showing impressive barrel ferment character. On the palate flavours of honeycomb and light citrus emerge, followed by biscuit and yeast lees. Creamy palate texture. Aftertaste of biscuit, honeycomb and spice.
