Brilliant pale straw colour with water like hue. Grassy, herbaceous top notes, followed by unripe gooseberry. It is the Sauvignon Blanc that dominates the nose. The Semillon component tends to fill the palate, with flavours of unripe gooseberry over a tropical fruit and touch of lemon. Clean finish, with a touch of lemon reappearing on the aftertaste.
