Opaque black purple colour with black purple hue, showing good cling. Top note of cherry and spice, followed by a hint of liquorice and earth. On the palate flavours of liquorice, stewed plum and spice over a background of new leather. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, stewed plum and leather with earthiness persisting.
