2005 Tyrrell's Single Vineyard Stevens Hunter Semillon

Bright very pale straw colour with water like hue – still very youthful. Aromas of toast, citrus and mineral – a little subdued at this point in time but they will build with bottle age. Delicate flavour profile of lemon, toast, spice and mineral with just a touch of honey emerging on the back palate. Very crisp clean dry finish with long aftertaste of citrus and mineral followed by some toast. Winner of 8 gold medals on the show circuit.
Cellar a further 5-6 years to build complexity (2014-2015)
