This wine is comprised of 60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Bright pale straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of confectionary and spice, followed by a hint of gooseberry and tropical fruit. There is a touch of hay evident as an end note. Light grassy palate flavours with a dusty texture. Dusty, gooseberry, vegetative aftertaste.
