2005 Taylors St Andrews Riesling

Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinge and water like hue. Delicate aromas of lime, citrus and mineral with just a hint of toast beginning to emerge. The palate is still relatively youthful and belies its age with mouthfilling flavours of lime, citrus and spice with good underlying minerality and acid backbone. A hint of toast makes an appearance on the back palate. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of lime, citrus and spice.
