Bright pale gold colour with deep straw hue, showing some oxidative handling. Top note of nougat, ripe fig and melon followed by cashew and light butterscotch end note. The palate flavour profile is relatively short. Citrus and spice flavours are dominant. Clean acid finish, with some spicy oak emerging in the background.
