A superb Barossa Cabernet
Made from Steve Hoff’s neighbourhood vineyard, which is operated by Peter and Anita Frazer. Very deep black crimson colour with black crimson hue – almost opaque. Aroma of cassis, blackcurrant, violet and confectionary. Superb ripe Cabernet palate, with flavours of cassis, blackcurrant, followed by mint and cedar with chocolate and spice evident on the back palate. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Long aftertaste of spice and liquorice.
