2005 Spence Shiraz

This wine is unfiltered and has spent 18 months in French oak. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Top note of stewed plum and spice followed by blackberry and a hint of liquorice. The palate displays flavours of plum and stewed fruit over a spicy background. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum and stewed fruit.
