This wine comes unfiltered and has been made with both cultured and wild yeast strains. Semi translucent, medium body, crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Aroma of spice followed by light strawberry and cherry notes. On the palate flavours of cherry and spice emerge, followed by sour cherry and leather back palate flavours. Fine grained dry tannins.
