At the time of writing, this is the oldest Croftengea we've ever stocked - also one with a very small outturn. Just 171 bottles were drawn from a single hogshead. If you don't already know, this is the smokey variant produced by Loch Lomond - often almondy, doughy, salty, tarry, sweet and smoky - not really a peat monster, but the spirit is invariably delicious. Some have gone so far as to say that if Croftengea gained a bit more body, it would crush all Islays, fair and square. 58.1% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
