Sanguine Estate is back in full throttle.
Very deep black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Superb aromatic nose, violet top note, followed by cinnamon, spice and blackberry. Big explosive, mouthfilling palate that runs well through to the aftertaste. Flavours of liquorice, liquorice allsorts, dark chocolate, black pepper and plum. Full bodied classic Heathcote structure. Fine grained soft tannins, perfectly balanced. Back palate flavours of liquorice and mocha. Very long and persistent aftertaste of spice, blackberry, liquorice and mocha.
