2005 Saltram Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Medium body. Top note of dark chocolate, vanilla, spice and black pepper. The palate displays ripe plum flavours, followed by chocolate and mocha. Fine grained tannins, slightly chalky. Aftertaste of black pepper, vanilla and spice.
