Winemaker Nigel Dolan has produced an impressive Cabernet.
Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Perfumed nose – violet top note followed by spice, blackcurrant and a hint of cedar. Full bodied palate - quite spicy with flavours of black pepper, blackcurrant and mocha, followed by dark chocolate in the background. Fine dryish tannins. Long mocha and blackcurrant aftertaste.
