Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Top note of blackcurrant, followed by cedar, spice and violets delivering a perfumed lift. The fruit is a touch subdued with flavours of plum and stewed fruit. The tannins are on the dry side and run into the aftertaste.
