The colour is outstanding for Pinot – showing excellent depth. Deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Delightful nose of cherry, spice and strawberry followed by a hint of truffle, showing very good varietal character. The palate has excellent weight and mouthfeel with spice and cherry flavours supported by fine grained tannins. Very spicy back palate which runs well into the aftertaste and continues to carry for some time.
