This blend is comprised of 25% Cabernet and 75% Shiraz being produced by the Pyrenees Ridge Winery.
Opaque crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Plum top note, followed by blackcurrant, spice and just a hint of chocolate. On the palate, flavours of plum and stewed fruit emerge followed by a vanilla oak background. Fine dry tannins, which tend to over power the fruit. Very spicy aftertaste.
