2005 Plantation Fiji 15 Year Old One-Time Limited Edition Rum (700ml)
Exchanges of cultures and knowledge, innumerable tastings and passionate discussions between Alexandre Gabriel and Liam F. Costello at the Rum Co. of Fiji resulted in this limited edition. Molasses based and distilled entirely in triple column stills, it was aged for 14 years in Bourbon casks in the moderate climate of the Fiji Islands, followed by a proprietary second maturation for twelve months in Ferrand French oak barrels in Cognac.
