This wine has been named after Pikes Patriarch, Edgar Walter Pike. The fruit has been produced on the Church and Gills Farm Blocks.
Opaque brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of spice, followed by plum and vanilla. Generous palate flavours of blackberry, plum, vanilla, liquorice, spice and black pepper. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Long aftertaste of vanilla, plum and spice.
