An outstanding sophisticated Shiraz.
Produced from fruit grown in the B&V vineyard. Very deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Perfumed nose of vanilla, violets, blackberry and spice overlaid with a hint of dried apricots being contributed by the co-fermenting 7% Viognier. The palate structure is refined with backbone of white pepper, blackberry light vanilla and plum. Fine grained tannins excellent length and persistence.
