A big Rose – almost a light red. Semi-translucent deep mauve purple colour with deep mauve hue. Medium body. Lifted nose of cherry and blood plum, followed by spice. The palate has plenty of weight for a Rose. Flavours of plum, spice and cherry are evident. Fine, dryish tannins. Long aftertaste of white pepper, cherry and blood plum.
