This wine has been certified organic by ACO and has been dry grown on sandy soils along the Tanunda Creek. The wine has been tank fermented and matured for 8 months in old French oak. Bright straw colour showing bottle age. Top note of hay and honey with confectionary end note, showing good developed character. Flavours of hay, honey and confectionary, over a light grassy back palate. Clean finish, with citrus aftertaste.
