2005 Llama Belasco De Baquedano Old Vine Malbec

Produced from vines nearly 100 years old. Very deep almost opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of plum followed by liquorice allsorts and spice, with a hint of earth and truffle. The palate delivers flavours of plum, spice and confectionary. Fine dryish, but balanced tannins. Back palate flavours of confectionary, stewed fruit and spice. Long aftertaste of spice, confectionary and stewed fruit.
